For most of you who follow Aubree's blog, you have probably already heard about her Great Meemaw Birdie passing away today, just 3 months shy of turning 102. Meemaw hasn't been feeling well for awhile now, but you'd never have known it by looking at her because she wasn't one for complaining. Bobby (my cousin) was with her this morning when the nursing home called her to let her know Meemaws vitals weren't looking good. She called dad to let him know so he could get there as soon as possible.
Unfortunately Meemaw couldn't hold on long enough, as he just missed telling her goodbye by 15 minutes. We miss and love you Meemaw. I know you're in a better place now without the pain and you can finally reunite with your husband after many many years apart. Please say hello to Uncle Bruce, Mark and Peepaw Minnis for us as we miss them as much as we'll miss you. Aubree will definitely miss out on getting to know what a wonderful grandmother you have always been to each and
every one of us. She will definitely hear many great stories about you!
